Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, including opened or used items — with one exception: due to hygiene reasons, our Castor Oil products cannot be returned once opened.

If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund.

For all other returns (change of mind, no longer wanted, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
